Cos successful people, plan their days, weeks, even years and they make sure that they are winging it as less as possible. And when they want to “wing it” – it’s planned. It’s called discipline and have goals. Otherwise it’s just dreams.
Finally your perception about your reality is what you are projecting to the outside world and to yourself. If you believe that you are not fast enough to win a race, then simply you are not. What you believe about yourself, it’s what you are. Reverse that and you will start getting different outcome.
