Coach Yannis Konstantinomanolakis is a strength and conditioning coach specialising in injury rehabilitation and performance development for motocross athletes. Before coaching, he spent over a decade as a trampoline gymnast for Greece’s national team, competing at European Championships.

That foundation in movement, discipline, and purpose shaped everything he does today. After serving in the marines, he moved to the UK to help athletes push past injuries, limits, and self-doubt — and unlock their full potential.
